TapTix ("we", "our", "us") is operated from Albania. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the TapTix mobile app and web dashboard.
TapTix requires a username and password to sign in. These credentials are used solely for authentication and are not shared with third parties. We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
Your login credentials are used to authenticate your access to TapTix. Sales, inventory, and reporting data displayed in the app belongs to your business and is accessed through your POS system connection.
Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-provided secure storage. We store only hashed tokens on our servers — never raw credentials or tokens.
TapTix does not use any analytics services, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools.
TapTix does not share your data with any third parties. The app communicates only with TapTix servers to provide its functionality.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
TapTix is a business application and is not intended for use by children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
